Effective January 1, 2026

Half day 3 hour mediations are $500.00.

Full day 6 hour mediations are $1,000.00.

Please refer to the Engagement Letter/Agreement to Mediate regarding potential mediation cancellation fees.

Tiffany is available to accept appointment as a private Guardian ad Litem for your family law case.

Effective rates beginning January 2026:

The non-refundable initial retainer fee is $3,500.00.

The hourly rate for GAL services is $250/hour.

There is no charge for travel time within Hernando, Pasco, and western Hillsborough counties.
